Seriously... what is the difference between instant oatmeal and my quick 1 minute quaker oats??? I mean, all I do is put some hot water from the coffee maker at work into my dry 1 minute oats and VOILA! oatmeal. Tastes the same as when I follow the directions 1. Boil water, 2. Stir in oats, 3. Cook about 1 min over medium heat; stir occasionally.
All I know is they're damn good with blueberries, banana, and honey. :) (Not quite part of my diet I think)
